Think of it like a movie trailer for your family's year, not a documentary. Every second is intentional. The Legacy package is slightly longer at up to 3 minutes long.

That's totally normal and I'm used to it! I spend time getting everyone comfortable first. We'll play, move around, and I capture natural moments—not forced smiles. The best footage comes when kids forget the camera is there. I'm a dad of three (ages 5, 3, and 1) so you could say I have some experience!

Absolutely. You'll get a preview link to watch and approve your film first. Then I create your postcard design and send that for approval too. For the Legacy package, you can request changes before final delivery. For Essential and Signature additional edits are an extra fee.

Super easy! I'll send you print-ready PDF files and simple instructions. You just upload to Minted.com, Artifact Uprising, or any card printer (even your local print shop). Most online services let you upload designs, choose quantity, and check out in about 5 minutes. Many also offer addressing and mailing services if you want completely hands-off.

That's entirely up to you! Most families order 50-75 cards, but you can order as few as 25 or as many as 200+. You can always reorder more later since you'll have the files forever.

It lives forever! The QR code links to a secure hosted page and will be active for 6 months. You will also receive all digital files to keep, share on social media, save to your computer, or rewatch anytime. Years from now, you'll still be able to watch it!

50% deposit is non-refundable (it holds your date and time), but we can reschedule once for weather or emergencies with 48 hours notice. The remaining 50% is due 48 hours before your session.
